How We Work

Our Manufacturing Process

Every roll of BR COTTFAB fabric passes through a rigorous, multi-stage process designed for consistency and quality.

Yarn Sourcing
We procure premium-grade cotton, polyester and viscose yarns from certified mills, ensuring consistent GSM and tensile strength from the very start.

Weaving
High-speed shuttle-less looms produce tightly woven base fabrics in plain, twill and satin constructions — engineered for the drape and handle each product demands.

Dyeing & Printing
In partnership with Dhanlaxmi and Subhlaxmi Dyeing, reactive and vat dyes are applied under strict temperature and pH control — delivering 450+ fast, vibrant, wash-proof colours.

Finishing & QC
Singeing, calendering, mercerising and shrinkage treatment are applied as required. Every lot is lab-tested for colourfastness, pilling and dimensional stability before dispatch.

Tensile Strength
